CMC in providing its services makes no warranties of any kind whatsoever. CMC shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from or related to the services provided or the information (including software) used for providing services.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
The relation between the customer and CMC shall be governed by laws of India.
